CALL FOR ARTISTS
2025 Fall St. Paul Art Crawl October 10–12
Hello and thank you for your interest in being part of this exciting collective exhibit at the 2025 Fall St. Paul Art Crawl!
This three-day event will take place Friday, October 10 through Sunday, October 12, and we’re looking for artists who want to showcase their work in a dynamic, high-visibility space in downtown St. Paul.
ARTISTS REQUIREMENTS
- Artists will be required to sign a release of liability.
- Presence: Artists must be onsite for the entire Art Crawl. (unless arrangements are made in advance.
- Sales: Artists may sell their work but must process all transactions electronically (Square, Venmo, etc.). No cash sales onsite.
- Taxes: Artists are responsible for their own sales tax.
- Insurance: General liability insurance for the space is provided. Artists are responsible for insuring their own work if they wish to do so.
SPACE & COST
Wall or Floor space available.
5 feet – $50 or 10 feet – $100
The space is flexible.
(Includes promotions, staging, and liability insurance for the space.) NOTE: Artists work is not covered.
DELIVERY & SET UP
Payment is due at time of delivery.
Artwork drop-off: October 6–9 (Mon–Thu), 10 AM – 3 PM
Alternative arrangements may be possible by request.
All work must be delivered no later than Thursday, October 9.
I will be onsite hanging and doing installations. You are welcome to assist with your work, or I will hang/install.
Removal
All artwork must be removed immediately following the close of the Art Crawl on Sunday, October 12. (Exhibit closes 5 PM)
